The head coach of Belarus U-21 team summed up the match against Norway.

- A difficult game with a skilled opponent. But we were ready for such a scenario on the football pitch. Enough information was given to the team about the opponent. Let's just say we guessed with those moments in terms of tactics and what the opponent wanted to do on the football pitch. Yes, something worked out. Something is missing - unfortunately, there is no football without errors. We wanted to push the attack a little further, somewhere it worked, somewhere not. But with such a complex game, I think there were enough chances to score a goal. Yes, we scored one, but still did not convert a few opportunities. But at the same time there were chances near our goal too. The ending of the game turned out to be generally valid. I think the result is positive.

- You got a point or lost two?

- I believe that we got a point.

- Are you satisfied with Kirilenko's game after he went on?

- I'm pleased with everyone. Maybe I prompted Kirill emotionally, but you should understand that it is very difficult to enter such a game. Even if at some moments he didn’t do well, then these are my emotions on the football pitch. And tomorrow, in a calm atmosphere, I will explain everything. I think everything will be fine.

- What will you say tomorrow to Skurin?

- Tomorrow we will have a detailed analysis of the game. We will prepare a review with the coaching staff, we will conduct a calm workout in the evening. After it, we will sit down and point out to the guys the positive moments and those moments that need to be excluded. And I will say one thing to Shkurin today - he had to score. Although he played well enough for the team: through him there were many exits in a quick attack, he won a lot of balls. I wish had converted the chance that he had. It is a pitty for me, since I myself used to be an attacker too.
