The coaching staff of the national team of Belarus held a master class in Mogilev

Mikhail Marhel, along with assistants, visited the city on the Dnepr river, where he launched a new initiative from the ABFF and the main team of the country. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to conduct exhibition classes in all regional centers of the republic for all interested specialists in the region. In their course, mentors of the «white-wings» not only share their knowledge, but also in practice demonstrate conceptual approaches to organizing their work.

It was possible to observe how the project will be implemented at the end of the week in the city over the Dnepr. Together with the assistants, Mikhail Mikhailovich conducted a training session with the Dniapro U-17 team of Evgeny Molchan - and in the process of training he dwelt in detail on the essence of the exercises and the nuances of their application.

In addition, presentations were made by Viktor Goncharenko and Evgeny Shpakov for specialists from Mogilev, as well as guests of the event from Shklov, Belynichi and a number of other settlements. Victor, who is the Deputy director of the technical department of the ABFF, spoke about the activities of the ABFF academy - the principles of selecting children, the requirements that apply to young football players, and the processes for completing classes.While Yevgeny, who is the manager of the technical center, presented a training program for young football players aged 10 to 17 years old and revealed its details at each of the basic stages.

It should be noted that the next workshop by Mikhail Marhel and his headquarters will be held next week in Gomel.
