The coaching staff of the national team of Belarus held a master class in Gomel
Mikhail Marhel, along with assistants, continues his journey through the regions of the country as part of an initiative proposed by the Association «Belarus Football Federation». The «white-wings» head coach made another stop in the south of the republic, where they combined a master class for almost four dozen specialists with communication, exchange of experience and discussion of the most interesting issues in the coaching field. It should be noted that the event was attended not only by coaches employed in professional clubs in the region, but also by those who work with children and youth teams.
The lesson, which lasted an hour and a half, was practical - and during it Mikhail Mikhailovich explained in detail the principles of his work and the goals that he was trying to achieve with one or another set of exercises. At the end of the training, held at the Gomel SDYUSHOR-8 pitch, a joint analysis of what was seen was held with regional coaches. Then, representatives of the ABFF technical center, Viktor Goncharenko and Yevgeny Shpakov, made presentations on the work of the ABFF Academy - the principles of recruitment, the requirements for football players, and processes for completing classes. In addition, a training program for young performers was presented to the attendees.
The next workshop of the «white-wings» coaching staff will be held on November 5th in Brest.
